Superwoman

from Face To Face by Twelfth Day

/

about

This track celebrates the everyday unseen acts of heroinism, from a mother fighting for the rights of her disabled son, to teenagers standing up for what is right at school. It is inspired by women who have acted like super heroes in their own ways, of all backgrounds and ages. We want to celebrate all of them and thank them for fighting, being brave and carrying on. This track is probably the most ‘pop’ on the album and was inspired by the queen of pop Beyonce and our love of 90s band The Sundays.
